Reviewing process

• The review process in Politická ekonomie is double blind, takes about four months and consists of two stages. In stage 1, the formal requirements and originality of the paper are assessed, as well as the suitability of the topics. Originality is tested by iThenticate. (Papers published in indexed conferences are not original.) Papers which have passed stage 1 will continue to stage 2, where the quality of the paper is rated.
• The quality of the paper is reviewed anonymously by reviewers, and the associate editor's recommendation is subject to evaluation by the chief editor; the author(s) are informed about the associate editor's decision by email.
• The claim to the publication of the paper is not legally enforceable. Politická ekonomie reserve the privilege to decide not to publish the paper at any time during the review process.
