Financial aspects of regional crises during the 90's

This article provides assessment of the four regional crises during the second half of 90's, i. e. the first and second crises in Latin America (1994 - 1995 and 1998 - 1999) together with the prolonged crisis in Asia (1997 - 1999) and still unresolved outbreak of latent turmoil of Russia (1998 beyond).
